Remove all visible signs of organic growth and treat the areas with Zinsser Mould Killer in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Allow to dry. Ensure the surface is free from any contaminants and anything that could interfere with adhesion by washing down with hot water and liquid detergent, frequently changing the water then degrease overall with methylated spirit frequently changing the cloth. Ensure the grout is fully dry before overcoating.
